SAUSALITO, CA, AND BASEL, SWITZERLAND – January 20, 2010- Equilibrium® a software and hosted services company that specializes in helping enterprise clients of all sizes to manage, monetize and mobilize content, announced the opening of a sales and support office in Basel, Switzerland, and named Peer Blumenschein as Managing Director of European Sales. Blumenschein’s mandate is to grow sales of Equilibrium’s MediaRich® product line throughout Europe, including Austria, Benelux, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and Switzerland. He will also be managing distribution relationships, system integrators and partner activities. Previously, Mr. Blumenschein was CEO and founder of Softline AG, a pan-European distributor of hundreds of enterprise software products with over 120 Million Euros in sales.
