Position: Senior Technical Sales Engineer

Coordinate with engineering and sales teams to develop and execute sales and channel advertising campaigns. Drive enterprise software to ensure engineering solutions align with sales / business objectives. Create sales plans for new market product introduction using knowledge of solutions.
Collaborate with Engineering team to ensure new product features and improvements align with business goals. Design and produce technical sales documentation. Develop and support new cloud-based channel sales capabilities including UI/UX workflow, graphics and text. Define and lead technical presentations and demonstrations for customer-facing interactions at trade shows, conferences, and strategic partnership engagements. Design modern sales presentation and engagement documents.
Expand sales messaging on enterprise products to wider verticals, including mobile-based solutions. Coordinate with web developers to make improvements based on customer/internal feedback. Collaborate with technical writers to create new user and programmer manuals, and training materials for customers. Supervise 1 User Interface (UI)/User Experience (UX) designer and 1 graphics designer. Domestic and international travel between 10 to 25% of the time for business development and client engagement.
- 5 years’ experience in technical sales, professional services or related
- 3 years’ experience preparing and launching enterprise software solutions
- 3 years’ experience in digital asset management media processing solutions with Adobe Creative Suite and Final Cut
- 3 years’ experience in cross-platform operating systems with Apple/Macintosh iOS and Windows
- 3 years’ experience in presenting technical solutions at trade shows and press tours.
