With over twenty years of management, engineering and production experience in the software industry, Mr. Barger is the visionary behind Equilibrium's next-generation Automated Media Processing Solutions (AMPS) including the DeBabelizer and MediaRich product lines for the desktop, workgroup and enterprise markets. As the original founder of Equilibrium (1989), Mr. Barger pioneered the product development, global distribution, and strategic partnerships for the award-winning DeBabelizer and MediaRich Dynamic Media Processing Platform. Before returning to the helm of Equilibrium, Barger established an executive consultancy where he was responsible for the turnaround of a $120M Pan-European public software distribution company and the raising of multiple rounds of financing for his clients. Prior to founding Equilibrium, Mr. Barger was an Executive Producer of more than 55 entertainment software titles.

Ms. Crebassa's well earned reputation for success originates from over twenty years of extensive experience as a marketing and sales executive in the software and telecommunications industries, Ms. Crebassa is now leading worldwide sales and marketing for Equilibrium's unique and powerful MediaRich Audio/Video Server products. Ms. Crebassa was a senior Partner Manager at Microsoft Corporation where she was part of the core team that created Microsoft's Media and Entertainment Partner Ecosystem for the Communications Sector Division. Most recently she was a Media and Entertainment Business Analyst in the Entertainment and Devices organization where she covered and reported on worldwide industry trends and issues. Ms. Crebassa's experience also includes significant marketing and sales positions with software and telecommunications industry companies such as GTE Internetworking, Pacific Bell, Aspirity and Digital Equipment Corporation. |

Steve Johnson Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Johnson has more than sixteen years of engineering management and software development experience, with expertise in object-oriented frameworks, client-server architectures, image processing, and 3D animation techniques. As the head of Equilibrium's Research and Development Department, he manages the design, development and support of the company's desktop and server-based imaging product line on Windows, UNIX and Macintosh platforms. Before joining Equilibrium, Mr. Johnson established the engineering arm of Pixar's Interactive Titles Division, a group that produced a number of award-winning CD-ROM titles. He designed and implemented the distributed processing system that creates Pixar's feature films. He authored RenderMan for Macintosh Pixar's photorealistic rendering software. |

Joe Bosurgi Managing Director, International Business |

Mr. Bosurgi has nearly twenty years experience in sales, business development, client relationships and analysis of international market dynamics in senior roles at Novell, Gracenote, Elekson, and Sun Microsystems. He has a wealth of experience in complex international contract negotiations, effective sales expansion, leadership of multicultural teams and management of strategic partnerships and international channels. Mr. Bosurgi's specialties are organizing multiple players to make new markets and closing complex deals, his extensive global markets commercial experience spans Europe, Asia and the US. In recent roles he has maximized the revenue potential of these markets, growing operations and establishing solid channel and direct sales structures. Mr. Bosurgi speaks nine languages ranging from Chinese and Japanese to French and Italian. |

Andrew L. Peterson Corporate Controller |

Mr. Peterson has over eleven years of experience in global finance, accounting and treasury management focusing on high growth companies. He has directed initiatives in finance, accounting and overseas operations. Before joining Equilibrium, he worked at the 13th top ranked global franchise, with 1600 locations in 64 countries as the Director of Finance and Treasurer. While there, he also supervised international reporting, forecasting, budgeting, long range planning and treasury management. Mr. Peterson also guided the company's accounting and finance groups through two acquisitions and a private equity buyout. |
